Keith has a BA degree in History, Mathematics, and Computer Science. He attended Eastern Washington University and earned his Master's Degree there in Public Administration. His Doctorate was obtained at Gonzaga University of Spokane, Washington, and is currently an Adjunct professor, teaching Group Dynamics and Organizational Change at Roosevelt University while presently serving McHenry County College as the Assistant Vice President of Learning and Student Support Services.
When this ultra busy man is not working with what he calls his passion for education, he is riding horses. As an accomplished rider, Keith and wife, Heather, an equestrian instructor. not only have owned horses for the last twenty years, but have found a special lifestyle there.
Keith has worked for Kraft Foods in marketing, and has also been with Mobile Oil in sales. This extensive background has made Dr. Snow-Flamer eminently qualified for his present position where he is visible to student and faculty alike. We asked him, "What is it, in your position here that pleases you the most?"
He thought for a few moments, and said, "When I can see someone realizing their dreams, I am most pleased and content, especially if I think I may have contributed in some small way to that success.
However, Heather and I see the most happiness through the eyes of our children, and granddaughter. That's what it's all about, and that's what I try to teach."
