Mike Ferrera is part of the potent offensive attack of the MCC Fighting Scots. He is starting for MCC playing guard and forward. As a sophomore, Ferrera will be looked upon to be a leader Ferrera recently put down the basketball long enough to answer 20 questions with sports editor Brian Miller.

What college is next for you? "Not a clue."
What is your favorite sporting event to watch live- in the stands? "Basketball"
Which sports team is the greatest ever? "The 1992 Olympic Dream Team."
So who's your favorite player of all time? "Isaiah Thomas"
Can you name three people who have helped you get to where you are today? "My dad, Val. My mom, Auggie and my oldest brother, Vince."
What do you envision yourself doing in ten years? "Being successful in some job somewhere.
If you could have any job you wanted, what would be your dream job? "Sports agent."
If you could have 5 minutes alone with anyone who would it be and what would you do? "Chauncey Billups from the Detroit Pistons. I want to learn the game from him and learn how he plays."
So are you a Pistons fan? "Yes"
What kind of music gets you in the mood? "Rap."
What magazine do you read all the time? "Slam"
Was there ever a day- or even a moment you remember that you wanted to quit playing basketball? "Yes. In high school. I got frustrated with losing."
